Factory Acceptance Test

Analyzer packages for water and wastewater treatment plants typically mandate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of online water analyzers prior to dispatch, in strict accordance with the approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

DNP is equipped with the requisite technical expertise, qualified manpower, calibrated test instruments, and dedicated infrastructure to carry out FAT at its Surat facility. The FAT is conducted to verify analyzer functionality, measurement performance, compliance with approved datasheets and specifications, signal outputs, communication interfaces, alarm functions, and overall system integrity.
