2005–2015: Diversified Instrumentation Portfolio
Between 2005 and 2015, DNP International Pvt. Ltd. was actively involved in a broad range of instrumentation and monitoring activities, including:
- Online water quality monitoring systems in partnership with Hach, LAR, and MAXX
- Online emission gas monitoring systems, in collaboration with Dr. Fodisch
- Steam and water analysis systems for power plant applications

2015: Strategic Acquisition & Market Shift
In 2015, DNP International Pvt. Ltd. acquired Tethys Instruments SAS (France). During the same period, India introduced major environmental regulatory reforms, mandating real-time monitoring of effluent water quality for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants.
Simultaneously, national initiatives such as Amrit Jal Jeevan Mission and the Smart City Mission created a strong demand for online water quality monitoring in drinking water treatment plants.

2023 Onwards: Strategic Partnership with HORIBA
In 2023, DNP divested its shareholding to HORIBA Advanced Techno Co., Ltd., Japan. Following this transition, DNP continues to represent and supply HORIBA Advanced Techno France (formerly Tethys Instruments SAS) products and technologies in India under a formal distribution agreement, ensuring continuity of technology, service excellence, and local support.
